A Gentle Reminder About My Cancellation Policy

My treatment room is reserved especially for you. As a solo esthetician, when an appointment is missed or canceled last minute, it’s time that cannot be filled. To continue providing the best care for each of you and to honor my small business, I kindly ask for 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 100% of the service fee. Of course, I completely understand that illness and true emergencies happen — grace is always given in those situations. Thank you for respecting my time, my energy, and the work I love to do for you. I appreciate each and every one of you more than you know.
